PP spunbond nonwoven fabric and PP meltblown nonwoven fabric are well-known nonwoven fabric in the world.Both of nonwoven fabric are made by PP(Polypropylene).
PP spunbond combines fiber spinning with web formation by placing the bonding device in line with spinning.Fibers are former as the molten polymer exits the spinnerets and is quenched by cooling air and deposition on a moving conveyor belt.It is possible to single layer to multi layers nonwove fabric such as S/SS/SSS/SMS/SSMS/SMMS/SSMMS etc...It means one layer fiber splay on another layer again and then thermal bond together.
Process Flow
PP Raw Material→melting and extruding→filtering→metering→spinning→quenching→air-suction→ filament web forming→calendering→winding and slitting→packing→end product.

Is spunbond plastic?

What is spun bond?

Can you machine produce spun lace nonwoven fabric?
We are PP spun bond nonwoven machinery manufacturer which only produces spun bond and melt blown nonwoven fabric, but not spun lace nonwoven fabric.
The production technology is totally different. The spunlace nonwoven fabric is a product of the process of entangling a web of loose fibres through multiple rows of jets of water at high pressure which pierce the material and tangled the fibres.
What is the difference between spunbond nonwoven fabric and spunlace nonwoven fabric?
Spunbond fabrics are strong and durable, making them ideal for applications that require strength and durability. However, they are not as soft or absorbent as spunlace fabrics. Spunlace fabrics are soft and absorbent, making them ideal for applications that require softness and absorbency.
What difference between PP nonwoven fabric and PET nonwoven fabric?

What does 20 GSM mean?
GSM means the gram per square metre (g/m2) of non woven fabric, so 20 gsm means 20g per squre metre.
You will need to know different gsm when you into different industry, like if you do shopping bag, the popular gsm will be 50-80gsm; however if you do medical use, 30-50 gsm will be better choice.
