S spunbond nonwoven making machine line, which also named single spinning beam spunbond nonwoven fabric production line, adopts single set of extrusion machine and spinning components, referred to as "S" the polymer got melt by extrusion machine and fiber spinning from the spinneret part, filament drawn by suction air then drops randomly on fiber forming device, finnally embossed by calender machine.
